Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I have my home professionally cleaned?

Most homes benefit from a professional deep clean every 2–4 weeks, depending on household size, pets, kids, and lifestyle. High-traffic areas or homes with allergies may need more frequent visits.

How long does a typical home cleaning take?

A standard 2–3 bedroom home usually takes 2–4 hours. The exact time depends on the size of the home, the level of cleaning needed, and any add-on services (like oven or fridge cleaning).

Are your cleaning products safe for pets and children?

Yes — we use eco-friendly, non-toxic products that are safe for kids, pets, and the environment. We can also accommodate specific product preferences or sensitivities upon request.

Can you handle tough messes like grease, soap scum, or pet hair?

Absolutely. Our team is experienced with kitchen grease, bathroom soap scum, pet hair, and other stubborn buildup. We bring the right tools and techniques to leave surfaces looking fresh without damaging finishes.
